They are used automatically by the vault dwelers you sent to explore the wastelands, i think at around 10% health they use it i got the stimpck part but what about the themes? you said i need to "reset my vault" does that mean quit and come back or start over? you can, or theres a button on the left that does it for you. Even destroying and rebuilding the Theme Workshop wont let. You can get them by either finding through quests or by unlocking them with nuka cola, every piece of a theme costs 3 each. The Theme Workshop is required to craft a theme for your living quarters and/or diners based off of one of the four factions from Fallout 4: Brotherhood of. This is why it can be missed, as once youve crafted all 8 themes, you cannot craft them anymore. The second upgrade which costs 50,000 caps, allows customization of a dwellers facial features, including glasses, facial hair, and hats. The first basic level only allows one to customize a Dweller's hair and hair color. The barbershop has 2 levels to upgrade, unlike other rooms.
